Yet another application for Guardian is being tested by MeyCom, “Power Management”
Using a power analyser such as the Levato DMG series and Guardian an extraordinary level of power management including manual and automatic load shedding can be achieved at very affordable costs.
By load shedding before you exceed your Eskom tariff, costly penalties can be avoided.
The Levato DMG200 can measure 160 parameters and the DMG900 can measure 590 parameters. Any on the parameters can be displayed on the Guardian Dashboard and notifications sent to your Smartphone.
Following a critical power usage notification where ever you are, remotely shed power by swtich control relays off through the Guardian Mobile Dashboard.
