Wireless Noise Sensor

  1. Environmental monitoring: used to monitor noise pollution in urban areas, around construction sites, and near transportation hubs to ensure that noise levels are within safe limits.
  2. Industrial monitoring: used in manufacturing facilities to monitor noise levels in the workplace and ensure that workers are not exposed to excessive noise.
  3. Building management: used in commercial buildings to monitor noise levels in public spaces such as lobbies and conference rooms, as well as to ensure that noise from mechanical systems such as HVAC systems is within acceptable limits.
  4. Traffic monitoring: used to monitor noise levels near highways and busy roads to identify areas with high levels of noise pollution and take measures to reduce the impact on nearby communities.
  5. Home automation: can be integrated into a smart home system to monitor noise levels and trigger automated responses such as adjusting the volume of music or turning off noisy appliance

Description

The R718PA7 is designed to detect noise levels and help prevent potential hearing damage by alerting individuals when the noise level exceeds a safe threshold.

Guardian Manager software continually analyses the noise level over time periods, alerting persons in the area that the average noise level in the area and the time exposed is approaching H&S safety levels.
Data collected by LoRaWAN sensors is transmitted wirelessly over the free 868MHz network to the Guardian Manager Application Server, which then forwards it to your Dashboard and Mobile for easy access and monitoring.
